Your account (email), your home layout (rooms, device placements, furniture), your app settings, and your Home Assistant connection details (URL and access token). All of it is stored per-user and is only accessible to your account.
Lumenest never routes your smart-home traffic through our servers. Device commands and live device state travel directly between your browser and your own Home Assistant over an encrypted connection. We do not see, log, or store your device activity, camera feeds, or sensor history.
The long-lived access token you provide is used solely so your browser can connect to your Home Assistant. You can revoke it at any time from Home Assistant (Profile → Security), which immediately cuts Lumenest's access.
Deleting your account removes your layout, settings, and stored connection details. Contact us to request deletion.
